Less Stamina Throwing

Less Stamina Throwing

Throwing weapons is now 50% less stamina per throw

Requirements

Abiotic Factor 1. 0

Features

Makes throwing weapons consume 50% less stamina.

Versions

There is only one version for this mod, it should work with both Steam and Gamepass clients.

1. Place the Mods folder in your UE4SS folder. Your path should look something like this when done:

Abiotic Factor\Content\AbioticFactor\Binaries\WinGDK\Mods\RollCooldown (for gamepass)

AbioticFactor\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\RollCooldown (for steam)

Uninstall

Remove the ThrowStaminaReduction folder from the UE4SS mods folder.

Mod Compatibility

Should work fine with anything that isn't playing around with throw stamina costs

Known Issues

1. Your first throw per session won't be less stamina as the mod loads on that throw.

2. There is a little jitter when you throw using this mod. I'll see if i can fix that.

2. Doing an action that consumes a significant amount of stamina while throwing will cause no refund to occur. Example, jumping and throwing at the same time will cause the throw to be a full stamina throw. I'm hoping to fix this but right now this is a limitation.

Notes

If you want to change the Stamina cost to be say free or a different value.

You can edit this line here in the main.lua

local refundAmount = staminaLost 0. 5

local refundAmount = staminaLost 1. 0

0. 5 = 50% less stamina

1. 0 = No stamina consumption

If this is something a lot of people want, let me know and i'll just make a second download file with a few different cost amounts.
