Improved Hookshot Visuals

Adds a hook mesh to the end of your hookshot, as depicted in the title cards of Subcon Well and Alpine Skyline! Additionally, the hookshot has been given improved particles, sounds, and umbrella mesh (when using the hookshot, of course,) along with support for different hook meshes depending on your equipped weapon. By default, the hook mesh will only appear if you are using the DEFAULT umbrella weapon or any supported weapons (including summer event weapons, the Gothic Umbrella, and a FEW modded weapons) with hook meshes, but you may change it in the config so a generic hook mesh appears when using any unsupported weapon.
