📋 About This Mod
Undead Country was made with the intention of changing the core gameplay loop. Instead of a mostly dead world with
only a few zombies outside, most of the zombies roam the streets. T1 and T2 Guns are easier to obtain while you still have to
craft T3. You can progress with exploration or quests and are not forced to do one or the other. The world also has
changed. The forest and every other biome can now spawn huge cities. Small towns have better POIs as well. New, more
dangerous zombies are also a threat.
For 7dtd V2. 0 and up.
You will likely have 600 zombies killed at day 6.
"It's not hard enough" OK put it on insane nightmare feral sense always on.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 230 endorsements and over 13k downloads
- Massive content drop: 28 new zombies, 10 stations, 5 crates, and custom gear
- Encourages exploration and quests, not forcing one playstyle
⚠️ Cons
- Requires a new world for map changes, so existing saves won't see them
- Last updated May 2026, but no version history beyond 1.0, so compatibility with future patches is uncertain
For 7 Days to Die players who want a more intense, zombie-filled world with easier early-game guns and huge city exploration. If you're tired of the vanilla sparse map and want more action and loot variety, this is for you. Skip if you prefer a more balanced or realistic survival experience.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to generate a new world after installing, or you won't see the new cities and map changes.
- If you find it too easy, try insane nightmare feral sense always on as the author suggests.
- Pick a starter kit that matches your intended skill tree to get a head start.
