In vanilla game sometimes zombies or animals can aproach you completly silently which is totally unrealistic. This mod fixes it.
Check your Windows Loudness Equalization setting 'Release Time' set to 'Short', otherwise it may muffle zombie sounds.
In multiplayer server / host must have this mod installed.
EAC must be disabled.
