📋 About This Mod
This was a request by Cresix96
Changed the max perk lvl from 3 to 5
each lvl increases the amount of digging in order to reduce the search radius from -3,-5,-7 to +10+20,+30,+40,+50
( the idea behind it is that the better the loot the more work you have to do )
Loot quantity changed from 10,20,30% to 50,100,150,200,250%.
added 2 rare books to the treasure container : 10% chance to get an exp book, hand in to a trader to get 10k experience
5% chance to get a skill book, hand in to a trader to get 1 skill point
or sell them to said trader, they sell for some decent money
known bug quest reward not showing when handing in skill book but you do get the point when you press select so don't be alarmed :)
added another version which only increase the digging amount by 2,4,6,8,10

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-tested (237 endorsements) and downloaded over 16k times.
- Directly addresses loot scarcity for treasure hunters.
- Simple tweak that doesn't overhaul the game.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2021 — may not work with the latest game version.
- Increases digging time, which might feel tedious for some players.
For players who enjoy treasure hunting but feel the loot isn't worth the effort, this mod offers a trade-off: more loot but more digging. Skip if you prefer a faster-paced experience or want a more comprehensive treasure overhaul.
