List of changes:
-Cobblestone: now takes only 1% of its original time to craft for each piece.
-Any ammo/resource that in vanilla would take more than 5 seconds now takes 2 seconds to craft for each piece.
-Brass: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Lead: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Cloth: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Iron: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Rocks: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Wood: now takes only 1% of its original time to scrap.
-Polymers: now takes 1% of its original time to scrap.
